Whenever I try to change the name, the save file disappears. I tried doing it on a another save file but the same thing happens. Thankfully the game had a backup in place so I recovered it but that moment made me panic. You can put your cursor to the end of the name, and use the hold SHIFT function and LEFT ARROW key to select the entire word carefully.

Carefully select the exact word (MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT DELETE spaces before and after the word) delete it and replace it.

Once you have found it after it you will see the name of your estate.

You can either do that manually or use the find function (CTRL+F) and search for "estatename".

You now need to locate the following word: "estatename".

In case something goes wrong,you can just replace it.
